wine cap
This wine can was winner of the 2006 Swedish packaging design award. It was designed by Jens Andersson and Jonas Forsman and it is notable as an easily recycled single serve can. The design is certainly different from its category, with a hint of wine bottle in the form, but a matte black with pared down graphics. The design is in prototype stage and is available for use for any winemaker. It would be interesting to see it with a range of graphic treatments.

habanero pepers
This label redesign was created as a class assignment, is purely conceptual in its application, and is in no way affiliated with the Frieda's Company. Frieda's is the nation's leading distributor of specialty foods. This packaging for their line of habanero peppers was created in a fashion that would allow the natural beauty and freshness of the peppers to dominate. To complement the product and reestablish a feeling of purity, the label was executed utilizing clean typographic treatments/Brittany Laughlin
shapy
The existing world of packaging a fitness stores and gyms is unclear and sometimes uses an excessively strong visual language. As a consumer, it is difficult to find the right product. The challenge was to create a design that broke away from the conventions of the category, while at the same time clearly communi-cating the types of product being sold/BVD

Candyking
To strengthen the Candyking brand and make it more of a presence in-store with the help of a new corporate identity for all communication units. The previous identity was unclear, and looked old-fashioned and out-dated. The new corporate identity was required to appeal to adults and chil-dren, and to be simple, unique and strong enough to establish the brand as a category leader in an otherwise “unbranded” sector. Candyking was also looking to launch in an international market/BVD

Axfood
Axfood wanted to communicate that their products are good value, high-quality and just as trustworthy as the brand leader, only cheaper. The problems which needed tackling concerned design strategy, naming, the design concept, what the products should signal, how they
would be packaged and which materials were most
cost effective and environmentally sound.
